The Association's goal and this member's only website is to allow Navy Civil Engineer Corps (CEC) Officers, both former and present, to stay in touch.

Membership registration is open to any CEC Officer, including Active Duty and Reserve Component Officers including CEC Limited Duty Officers and Chief Warrant Officers. Your current status can be Active, Separated, or Retired.
